'NOT' Open Windows Explorer

I know 'my computer' that makes 'Open' Windows Explorer.
but How can I 'Explore' Windows Explorer? What Aguments is needed?

Windows Explorer, My Computer, is the starting point to explore windows. If you want quicker access to say Program files, or certain folders just put a shortcut to them on dock. With ObjectDock plus you can add a fly out menu and link it to my computer.
